Synchronized appoints media executive Steve Sklepowich as Senior Strategy Advisor in US

May 20th, 2021 – Synchronized, the European-based ‘Smart Video’ technology company, welcomes Seattle-based media industry executive Steve Sklepowich to the team to help the company establish new partnerships and growth in the US and worldwide. Steve has served in executive roles at US-based venture-backed startups, Microsoft, thePlatform (acquired by Comcast), and Apple.

Previously, Steve served as worldwide director of media product management at Microsoft, where he launched adaptive streaming to the media industry, the platform now packaged as Azure Media Services.

For the past 10 years Steve has advised technology companies on product, category and AI strategy. Steve holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
